Kampus Sore Hari

Kamis. Ya, this is weekend! Jamannya semester 1, pengennya beres kuliah langsung pulang ke rumah. Sekarang? Insan kampus banget. Walopun ga ada kelompokan, tetep nongkrong di kampus. Abis kalo pulang juga, mau ngapain di rumah? Mau nulis-nulis juga suntuk, enakan di gazebo arsitek aja suka dapet inspirasi nulis.

Sore ini, pulang kuliah, niat awalnya gue sama Ochi makan indomie, udah sebulan ga makan indomie. Karena kebetulan kita berdua lagi bawa laptop, jadi wifi-an deh di gazebo arsitek. Lumayan cepet aksesnya, tempatnya juga enak, deket kolam, banyak makanan, banyak anak arsitek ganteng wkwk. Ochi anteng ngerjain ASDL, gue tumblr-an sambil ngerjain abstrak buat jurnal.

Padahal tuh yah, harusnya gue balik lagi loh ke GBT buat kelompokan TP, tapi Fakta Analisa ada di Cocon dan dia ga bawa -____- jadi aja ga kelompokan sekarang. Karena menganggur akhirnya gue konsulin abstrak tadi ke Pak Dimas, dia seneng tuh sama tema gue dan ngasih beberapa saran membangun B-)

Kampus sore hari adem, dingin, anginnnya sepoi-sepoi…

“Chi jalan- jalan yuk ke sana?”

“Ke mana? Arah Caftek?”

“Iya.”

“Yuk, cari motor tadi n_n”

“Yah terselubung dia -____-”

“:”>”

“Gue juga sih wkwkwk!”

Akhirnya kita jalan ke arah GBTI. Sebenernya gue masih suka ngeliat ke parkiran GBTI, siapa tau ada Ninja item berplat E dengan helm ungu nangkring di atasnya. Ga tau, ngeliat gitu aja gue seneng. Tapi ternyata di parkiran situ ga ada sama sekali motor berplat E itu. Akhirnya kita lanjut jalan terus ke arah hukum. Tengah jalan pas gue lagi mau nge-tweet sesuatu, ada motor berisik lewat, pas udah deket gue baru ngeuh, Lein.

Seneng? Yes, I’ve to admit it. Seminggu yang lalu malah papasan banget dan kita sama-sama nyadar. Dia kaget. Gue kaget. Kita kaget. Ga perlu dijelasin kyk gimana, yang pasti persis banget sama adegan di sinetron yang di-slow-motion. Kenapa jadi sering ketemu gini… Biarpun seneng, tapi ya ada rasa sedih juga kan

Now I’ve to woke up from that dream, face the truth. But I don’t wannna leave this bed, still wanna be in that dream. Alarm clock keep waking me up, it says that I’ve so much things to do in the morning. And me, I don’t even seem to move on.

Education in Indonesia

I want to share some of my opinion about education in Indonesia. Let’s skip to “whose fault if students failed to gain the best achievement in learning?” I think, it’s government’s fault. Why? First, we live our life in this world with our good and our bad. For example, A is good in culinary, but in the class, she always gets a bad score for exact subjects such as maths, chemistry, and physics. All the exact teachers sometimes underestimate her and think she is a little slow to learn ‘em (exact subject). But guess, who knows, when she take a culinary school for her undergraduate degree, she can survive with it. Then she becomes a bachelor, then doctor, then master of chef in Indonesia. It’s very very possible. The conclusion is, our future not always depends of exact study, but our future depends of something we love, something that won’t make us bored of, something we could make it grow into a big dreams. So, the exact subject must be diminished. One who love physics, she/he can take a school of engineering, one who crazy about chemist, she/he can take chemist school. Secondly, what we get in learning is all about quality, not quantity. Government doesn’t have to measure it into an exact score. By the way, remember what subject will be given to us on national exam is exact subject, it’s not fair if we look back to example number 1. Third government’s mistake is the curriculum that not compared with our brain capacity. You can imagine how could a first grader memorize a list of “najis” in an Islamic studies, or how could five grader understand about political party? Those only just change their mind about why I must study. Maybe they’ll answer with, “I must study because it’s my duty. If I didn’t study I wouldn’t pass the exam.” Remember this: just to pass the exam. Logically, the purpose of study is to widen our mind, so it can make us grow become something useful for everyone around us.
My suggestion to solve those problems is government should change the learning system. Student should get the outdoor study like go to the museum, research centre, etc. Not only once a year for study tour but every week or twice a month routinely. It’ll make student love to study because it doesn’t boring.

Honestly, I haven’t did my best yet. I’m unstable in study, sometimes I study hard till 2 a.m. but in other times I feel the laziness come suddenly. And my worst is I like to underestimate something such as a subject I don’t like, I often not to pay my attention on that subject. About parents’ support, they must be! It’s proved with their sacrifice to make a money to get you into a best school so you can study in a good quality school and finally you will ready to open the door of your bright future.
